Fixed price · scope in writing
I automate repetitive document work. Whether you manufacture, distribute, build or provide services — if the same paperwork is filled in by hand every week, it can be produced automatically.
How many documents do you prepare per month?
How long does one take to prepare?

Calculated conservatively: €15/h workplace cost, 70 % of the time saved.
The demos are in Lithuanian — the mechanics are identical in any language, and your documents would be built in yours.
A 60–90 min call. We record how much time the process takes today, plus 5 automation scenarios with payback time. Report within 5 working days.
One document flow. Scope in writing, 30 days of fixes included. Two weeks from the moment I get access to the data.
2–4 flows. Only after the first two steps — otherwise the scope cannot honestly be estimated.
Maintenance and up to 2 h of changes per month. Cancel any time.
Guarantee. The baseline measurement records how long the document takes today. If it does not take less after implementation — I refund you. We measure the same process, not a hunch.
What I need from you: one call, someone who can answer technical questions, and a few sample documents. Nothing else.
The first three clients get the baseline measurement free — in exchange for the right to describe the result. I run no more than 3 projects at a time, so there may be a queue.
A simple rule. If a system has an API or can spit out a file — we connect it. If it cannot, I tell you in the first call, not after three weeks.
